Senior Business Developer

Job description

In order to further facilitate our current growth, our ambitious national and international expansion plans and our aim to deliver each client outstanding customer experience, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Business Developer to reinforce our commercial team. As a Senior Business Developer you will be in charge of contributing to our growth by new business for our delivery teams.

 

Your Role

  • As a Business Developer, you contribute to the growth of our company by actively generating new leads and turning these into new business for our delivery teams.
  • You research and build "cold accounts" and grow them to new Customers.
  • You engage with our Customers on a business level and guide them through their buying journey. You are comfortable in leading the conversations to understand their business, define solution design, develop the taylor made proposition, set pricing and negotiate the deal to closure.
  • You evangelize on 4C and on our unique values, expertise and offering.
  • You will directly report to the BeNeLux commercial officer and will collaborate closely with your colleagues in the Sales Team and our multidisciplinary Delivery Teams.
  • You will also build contacts and relationships with Salesforce and partners in the Salesforce ecosystem and you work with them to create, generate and follow-up on leads. 

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor degree with a strong business focus (Marketing, Business Engineer, Economics,…).

  • You have successfully demonstrated your expertise and experience in a commercial role within a B2B context. 

  • You have built a solid network of contacts in the Belgian professional market and in leading companies.

  • You have proven to master the following commercial processes: cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, personal pipeline qualification and management, proposal writing, negotiation, procurement processes, ...).

  • You have an empathic personality and build profound relationships on Trust & Confidence.

  • You have an entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset and have a positive can-do attitude. This shows in your initiative taking and your commitment to the success of yourself and your team and company.

  • You have outstanding communication skills and you have a strong sense of quality and customer focus.

  • You are a networker, a team player and good in conflict handling. Your general mindset is energetic and persuasive.

  • You are able to handle multiple opportunities in parallel and you can adapt easily to different business settings and people.

  • You understand the typical challenges companies face today in their digital transformation efforts to become a customer company.

  • You fluently write and talk the language of our clients: Dutch, English and French.
