Reports to: Professional Services Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce enthusiast who is looking to broaden their experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment with one of the leading customer-centric consultancies across EMEA. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Consultant looking to advance their Salesforce career or a Salesforce Administrator looking to take their first steps into Consulting.

As a Salesforce Delivery Consultant, you will focus on delivering projects to clients across a variety of industries such as technology and telco, manufacturing and business services. The role will involve working closely with a Lead Consultant on multiple concurrent projects, together with a team of experienced and passionate colleagues, you will design and deliver state-of-the art Salesforce solutions that enable our clients to automate processes, increase performance and become more customer-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client projects and ensures that the delivery stays both on schedule and to quality expectations
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Supports the Lead Consultant in showcasing for large projects and acting as lead for smaller projects
  • Learns and applies our project delivery methodology
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
  • Identifies and supports project risk and issue logs


Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Salesforce experience, as an administrator or involved in an implementation
  • Must be Salesforce Certified (ADM 201 and/or App Builder minimum)
  • Ability to build functionality in a variety of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Communities, etc) - desirable
  • Experience of requirements gathering and translating into technical solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Operate and promote an environment of teamwork, self-organisation and accountability. Must demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity
  • Strong analytical and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with customers, team members and management.
  • Flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks.

  • Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically (possible overseas but very rare)
