In the context of the growth of our teams in this domain across all 4C countries, we are looking for consultants who are eager to be involved or lead digital transformation projects for our clients on the cross-section of commercial and financial processes. In this role, you will guide our clients towards a customer focused way of working, while leveraging on the world’s most innovative and growing crm technology platform.

Together with the project team, you will build a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement and translate user stories and business requirements into a technical roadmap, based on 4C’s best practices and proven methodology.
By means of interviews or workshops you detect how your client is operating today and how you can optimize and integrate their core processes (related to quote-to-cash), fully aligned with their business strategy.
Based on this input, you conceive, design and finetune the solution and create demo’s and user stories to create buy-in from your client stakeholders and ensure alignment with expectations.
You set-up the environment and configure the Salesforce CPQ software while making sure the solution works perfectly.
You create training material and give training to your client stakeholders to make sure they are making fully use of the functionalities of the solution.
You guarantee a successful user adoption of the solution by communicating with your stakeholders and guiding them effectively through every step of the project.
You will work in a multi-disciplinary team with 4C consultants and client stakeholders on every level in the organization.

You have a master degree in a business, financial or technology related field.
You have proven experience with billing or quote (or lead) to cash solutions, ideally from an implementation role, or from a user perspective.
You have ideally proven Salesforce configuration experience. If not, we’ll support you by guiding you through a structured Salesforce certification journey.
You have experience with typical consulting skills: gap analysis, business requirements gathering, solution design, demoing and training.
You have expertise in relevant financial aspects/solutions (pricing, billing, accounting, etc) and (ideally)/or in contract lifecycle management.
You have a strong business acumen and you have a profound interest in how companies operate.
You have the ability to make complex things easy to understand.
You have strong communication and client facing skills and are able to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
You are flexible in terms of working location and you are willing to travel across Europe from time to time.
