Your role
Working under the direction of the Marketing Automation Business Unit Manager this position will be leading Pardot implementations. This role is responsible for implementing Pardot in line with industry best practice, maximising the utilisation of Pardot and continually supporting customers to increase ROI and other email KPIs whilst delivering projects. The role will be focused on delivering successful Pardot implementations but will also offers the option to up-skill and develop Marketing Cloud expertise.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead Padot implementations including requirements analysis, solution definition, business change, adoption, process / workflow development, and project manage Pardot to implementation
  • Create best in class email templates and web forms utilising Pardot.
  • Devise, implement, monitor and optimise automated communication campaigns, across web and email to meet marketing objectives. Including event triggered, nurture, on-boarding and engagement activity.
  • Build campaign workflows in Pardot and all associated assets such as data segments, landing pages, forms and third-party integrations
  • To measure and report on campaign effectiveness against targets and ROI, using Pardot, Salesforce and Google Analytics insights

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Experienced Marketing Automation Specialist, preferably in B2B and Pardot.
  • Commercial experience in website, SEO, PPC, email and social channels marketing.
  • Conversion rate optimisation.
  • Understanding of the value of content marketing as an inbound channel
  • Knowledge of GDPR
  • Devise, implement, monitor and optimise automated communication campaigns, across web and email to meet marketing objectives. Including event triggered, nurture, on-boarding and engagement activity.
  • Build campaign workflows in Pardot and all associated assets such as data segments, landing pages, forms and third-party integrations
  • To deliver effective reporting on campaign effectiveness against targets and ROI, using Pardot, Salesforce and Google Analytics insights
  • HTML and CSS experience (advantageous but not required)
  • Reporting and analysis knowledge
  • Understanding of email best practice.
  • Great communication, written and verbal.
  • Be a proactive team player, willing to step outside of your job description if necessary.
