Marketing Manager (London Based)

Job description

Our marketing team is on the lookout for highly motivated, passionate and data-driven Marketing Manager with B2B and SaaS experience. The role will work alongside our marketing team in 4C’s London office, but will focus on growing the 4C business in the Benelux market, delivering events, campaigns and content.

 

The main aspects of the role will be:

 

Sales Enablement

  • Building and updating assets, and sales tools including presentations and one pagers for the Benelux sales team.

  • Working with the local sales and Business Development team to ensure effective lead follow up and management through the pipeline process.

Events

  • Organising and executing industry and product focused events in line with the Benelux business plan.

  • Managing our partners (Salesforce, ShowPad) and local sales team to help secure customer speakers and drive event attendance.

Content

  • Working with the each business department to develop industry and product specific content, including blogs and customer case studies.

  • Planning and facilitating video interviews with customers to support case studies.

Brand Positioning

  • Working with the local Business Development and Sales team to identifying target customers, their needs and how 4C’s services can meet those needs.

Regional Planning/Support  

  • Support Group CMO to build and optimise Benelux marketing plan and budget

  • Work closely with Benelux Sales team to drive pipeline, understand priorities and present opportunities through regional/global marketing initiatives.

Email Marketing

  • Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns that drive local awareness and engagement with 4C’s industry assets.

  • Working with the Business Development rep to identify target account for events and campaigns.

Global marketing team activities

  • Supporting the development of group wide marketing programmes such as industry blogs, webinars, email campaigns and customer communications.

  • Managing supplier network including designers, writers, and other agency personnel.

  • Ownership of the company brand; management, communication and promotion of this brand to both internal and external stakeholders

We’re looking for a team player with the below:

  • Passion for marketing with 4+ years experience (preferably in Benelux market)

  • Flemish or Dutch speaking would be a big plus

  • Experience planning & executing GTM plans for B2B companies in different verticals

  • Experience promoting services to new and existing markets

  • An ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with different teams

  • Proactive and comfortable working under limited supervision

  • Outstanding written communications and presentation skills

  • Experience using Pardot a big plus but not necessary

  • Strong time management, organisation and project management skills

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Role reports into CMO
