Reports to: Marketing Director
Our growing Marketing team is looking for a commercially-minded, enthusiastic EMEA Marketing Manager with a focus on UK, UAE and Nordics. Reporting into the Marketing Director you will be responsible for defining and executing high impact marketing campaigns to support demand generation and revenue goals.
A key aspect of the position will be to collaborate with our Strategic Alliances Manager, regional sales teams, regional customer success team and other stakeholders to build a strong pipeline through multiple marketing channels including content, PR, email, social media, paid advertising, events, and more.
You will have strong B2B marketing experience and be able to demonstrate your commercial awareness, alongside how you’ve built pipeline and driven execution. You will be self motivated, determined and confident at making decisions. You will have plenty of responsibility and scope to grow, with the support and guidance to develop your skills.
Develop the local marketing plans to support the regional sales objectives of growing existing and acquiring new customers.
Research, recommend and execute targeted local marketing plans that include events, partner activities, webinars and content, establishing local relationships with related partners (Salesforce and DocuSign being our key strategic partners).
Run integrated campaigns across various channels to target a range of audiences.
Day to day management of our regional websites and partner portals.
Work on the Search Engine Optimisation of the website(s) with our digital agency.
Blog writing, social media management, case study production (videos and written).
Development and management of an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives.
Working closely with the sales and business development team to ensure effective lead follow up and management through the entire pipeline process.
Ensure that all marketing activities and results are tracked and measured for the analysis of current and past performance.
Ownership of the company brand; management, communication and promotion of this brand to both internal and external stakeholders.
To present a strong and consistent public face of the company to all stakeholders and partners.
Alongside the Marketing Director, oversee and manage third party PR, creative and digital agencies as needed.
2-3 years of successful, hands-on marketing experience with a focus on B2B demand generation.
Experience in software or wider technology sector.
Experience in planning, organising, and executing technology and sales events
Strong communication skills both written, spoken and visual.
Attention to detail.
Experience managing a marketing budget desirable.
Able to integrate into the wider team, helping others to participate and contribute to early-stage pre-sales activity.
Ability to understand the merits of different online marketing and lead management technologies and how to engineer them together for a successful outcome.
Ability to prioritise your workload and self-manage.
Knowledge and experience with Marketing Automation (Pardot) and Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills to determine ROI of marketing programs.
Ability to manage projects through all stages including: conception, budgeting, implementation, and wrap-up.
Experience of working within the Salesforce ecosystem would be a bonus.
Willingness to travel overseas occasionally.
