Reports to: Marketing Cloud Practice Lead
Overview of Responsibilities: As a Lead Consultant you will work with our most prestigious and exciting customers, along with your team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a slick Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution. You will work with our Project Managers on projects and also have junior consultants to delegate work to and mentor whilst delivering end to end implementations following the 4C project methodology and process.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Solution Design; Lead consultative engagements with clients on the technical and business challenges related to their communication initiatives.
Customer Showcases; Create, manage and present an actionable Blueprint that aligns a clients business needs to that of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution.
Project Success; Follow the 4C project methodology to ensure project success. Managing multiple client engagements and work with associated team members. Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
Quality Assurance; Follow 4C QA procedure to make sure deliverables meet the customer requirements.
Customer Satisfaction; Always go above and beyond for your customer with a can do attitude whilst remaining consultative and following salesforce best practices.
Know your stuff; You will be a Certified Salesforce Consultant that is self motivated to continually improve your salesforce knowledge and gain further certifications. (Don’t worry if you’re not currently certified, we can help you get there).

Strong technical knowledge and experience in consulting.
Familiarity with data architecture/schema
Familiarity/Experience developing SQL Queries
Familiarity with SOAP and REST API
Familiarity with systems integrations such as CRM, Content Management, POS/Commerce, or Web Analytics preferred
Experience with security standards such as TLS, SSL, data encryption preferred
Excellent strategic & technical thinking.
Ability to consultatively engage with customers and to quickly help them
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically (possible overseas but very rare)
