Lead Salesforce Consultant

Job description

We have a new opportunity for a Lead/Senior Salesforce Consultant looking to join a dynamic, innovative and fast paced team. As a result of our growing project pipeline, we are looking for someone with a proven track record of building complex Salesforce solutions to join our Professional Services practice. In this role, you can expect to work with a diverse range of customers within the SMB space across industries such as Technology, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Business Services and more.

 

As a Lead Consultant, you will work with our most prestigious customers, along with your team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a slick salesforce solution. You will work with our Project Managers on larger projects but will also lead small projects on your own, delivering end to end implementations following the 4C project methodology and process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design; Support business analysts in requirement gathering and converting the client's business problems into slick, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Project Success; Follow the 4C project methodology to ensure project success. You will be responsible for making sure projects are delivered on time and to the clients/4C quality expectations.
  • Customer Satisfaction; Always go above and beyond for your customer with a can do attitude whilst remaining consultative and following salesforce best practices.
  • Know your stuff; You will be a Certified Salesforce Consultant that is self motivated to continually improve your salesforce knowledge and gain further certifications.
  • Utilisation; Making sure you are managing your time and projects effectively so you can deliver and maximise your individual utilisation.

Requirements

Desired Skills:

  • Salesforce Certifications: 401 Developer/App Builder or 201 Admin with either Sales or Service Cloud Consultant 
  • 3-5+ years involvement in IT projects (2+ years SFDC essential)
  • Experience working within an established PMO process
  • Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience
  • Experience in designing and developing software components
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically (possible overseas but very rare)
