As HR Manager for our UK and UAE office you come on board at a truly exciting time in the company. You will translate our people strategy in actionable initiatives that impact our peoples careers in the most positive way.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with senior managers and people managers to understand the strategic and operational challenges of our business and how this affects our people

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives that drive business value and you support our senior management.

  • Based on our growth numbers, you are responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans to meet our hiring targets whilst ensuring the right level of quality of our new hires

  • Oversee and manage the on-boarding of our new hires

  • Develop, implement and execute initiatives that guarantee a high level of quality in core HR components, such as career management, performance management, internal communication, training etc, taking into account group guidelines and local needs

  • Ensure we have deliver smooth and efficient HR operations (VISA, employee data management, legal, policies, budget, logistics, etc)

  • Act as a coach for the local HR Team where you are responsible for objective setting, task allocation, mentoring and career management

  • Act as a true business partner and sounding board for our people managers to support them in all people related challenges and issues they face

  • You must posses an open constructive approach to our people and resolve their demands, questions and concerns in a timely and efficient way

  • You will work closely with the UK CEO and Group HR Director to understand objectives and report on HR activities

  • Work with a motivated global HR team where you have an active role to deliver and support globally defined HR processes


  • You will ideally have a proven track record in leading an HR function, preferably within a consultancy or a technology focused business

  • You will ideally have at least 10 years experience in HR

  • You will have experience in an HR Business partner role and can show experience in translating company strategy in a variety of actionable HR initiatives (recruitment, performance management, organizational development, compensation & benefits,…)

  • You are recognized as a true people person and you show profound passion for HR as career focus

  • You are capable of understanding  the complexity of a consulting business and can plan/adapt your people actions accordingly

  • You have a strategic mindset, but you are pragmatic in approach and execution

  • You have a collaborative, confident and influential leadership style

  • You are a strong communicator, strong in stakeholder management, communicate clearly and can make effective decisions

  • You have a profound learning spirit, curious in mindset and you are open for change

  • You have user experience (or ideally implementation experience) with a corporate HR platform (Salesforce, Succesfactors, Cornerstone, Lumesse,…) and you are fluent with common business tools

  • You have excellent knowledge of local employment legislation, regulations and VISA processes
