Key Responsibilities:
Design, support and implement data driven solutions for our customers
Exploiting analytics in the new ways to address business driven requirements
Designing optimal data models that will support these solutions
Visualising solutions in an interactive, attractive and usable way
Managing business requirements from proof of concept through production. This will include being effective with documentation and project management
Challenge existing processes and promote culture and values
Required Skills:
Strong academic background, ideally a minimum 2:1 in relevant technical degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Commitment and passion to pursue a career in technology.
Working knowledge of Python and/or R for data wrangling and predictive modelling
Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational database management systems
Strong and proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to maintain high performance under time pressure with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts and describe technical material to non-technical users
Fluency in English language is essential, with the ability to communicate persuasively and effectively
Desirable Skills
Experience of other programming languages such as Java, Javascript, CSS, HTML
Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlikview or PowerBI
Salesforce Einstein Data Discovery / Analytics accreditations. Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce Architecture / Salesforce ecosystem
Ability to communicate in additional languages
