Reports to: AI Practice Lead

As a Customer Intelligence Consultant, you’ll be part of a fast-growing team, working on a wide variety of projects across different products and using the latest tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, support and implement data driven solutions for our customers

• Exploiting analytics in the new ways to address business driven requirements

• Designing optimal data models that will support these solutions

• Visualising solutions in an interactive, attractive and usable way

• Managing business requirements from proof of concept through production. This will include being effective with documentation and project management

• Challenge existing processes and promote culture and values

Required Skills:

• Strong academic background, ideally a minimum 2:1 in relevant technical degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar

• Commitment and passion to pursue a career in technology.

• Working knowledge of Python and/or R for data wrangling and predictive modelling

• Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational database management systems

• Strong and proven analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to maintain high performance under time pressure with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts and describe technical material to non-technical users

• Fluency in English language is essential, with the ability to communicate persuasively and effectively

Desirable Skills

• Experience of other programming languages such as Java, Javascript, CSS, HTML

• Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlikview or PowerBI

• Salesforce Einstein Data Discovery / Analytics accreditations. Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Architecture / Salesforce ecosystem

• Ability to communicate in additional languages
