CRM Project Manager
As a CRM Project Manager, you will take the lead in our CRM-projects guiding our clients through a digital transformation into becoming a customer-focused organization.
Together with a team of passionate consultants you deliver high-quality and customer-oriented cloud CRM solutions that enable our clients to become a true customer company.
- You will take the lead in CRM implementations projects for our clients, both on the business as well as the technological side.
- Initially you drive the scoping of the project and you lead the design and business analysis phase.
- During the project, you will be responsible for timing, quality, scope and budget of the project.
- You will take the lead in the different projects steps during project delivery (process analysis, impact analysis, delivery, integration and testing).
- You will manage the change in the organization by steering business acceptance and ensure adoption of the solution.
- You coordinate and communicate with all relevant stakeholders in the project (client, 4C and possible external team).
- You document the necessary info related to your projects and you share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues.
- Using the 4C Project Management Methodology, you aim to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients.
- Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle projects, ideally CRM and/or cloud based solutions.
- You are acquainted with CRM processes.
- Knowledge of one or more CRM tools is required.
- You are experienced with project management methodologies
- You have strong communication skills and you are a team player.
- You are result driven and committed to our customer’s success.
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French.
