Job description

Your role as recruiter will play a key role in our growth. We are facing a very interesting future where we are going to grow our team in Norway a lot the next many years and we need your help. Finding the right candidates you will create value to the business and make a big difference very fast.

You will be an important part of building our Salesforce team and make sure we keep our 4C vibe as we grow. Our culture is what makes us us and this is where we stand out from our competitors. As a recruiter we know you have a falcon’s eye and are good at finding the right new colleagues to our team. Every day is never the same and you will be juggling several roles at a time. You will work closely with the HR & Talent Manager for the Nordics who is hunting in the Danish market. Together you will build up the Nordic team in close collaboration.

How you become a success in your role

  • Build up a network within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Search on LinkedIn and share 4C’s brand and job descriptions
  • Be broad in your search and find the good hidden candidates that may not be the most obvious choice
  • Be proactive and think out side of the box when you approach the candidates
  • Learn about the different clouds within Salesforce so you are well equipped for evaluating the candidates
  • Do phone interviews and face-to-face interviews in Norwegian and English
  • Follow and help develop our established recruitment strategy in the Nordics
  • Work in close collaboration with the HR & Talent Manager
  • Guide and advise the hiring manager on choosing the best fit
  • Always challenge if there is a better solution or way of doing a task

You will report to the HR & Talent Manager for the Nordics.
